What exactly is in the price?

What happens if the price changes before I pay?
Prices are live until the supplier confirms. Holding the package freezes it for 24 hours at no cost and with no commitment. If it moves after that we tell you the new figure before taking anything.
Is my money protected?
ATOL protected package. That covers the financial failure of the travel company. It is not travel insurance and does not cover cancellation, medical costs or lost baggage, so arrange insurance separately.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. £120 secures the booking, then eleven monthly payments with the balance clear before departure. No interest and no fee for paying monthly.
Can you guarantee connecting rooms?
No, and neither can the property before arrival. We place the request and note it on the booking. If it is essential, choose a suite with a door between the spaces.
