Prototype status
The current website is a launch prototype using sample packages, sample pricing and draft supplier references. Live booking IDs, final provider details, payment routing and policy wording must be added before public trading.
Terms
Clear terms before a customer pays.
This prototype does not process live bookings or take payment. It shows the customer journey and the terms structure that should be completed before launch.
Package arrangements
Before launch, each bookable package must state the organiser or supplier, the travel services included, destination, duration, room category, board basis, transfers, baggage and any important restrictions.
Price and availability
Prices are indicative until the live supplier confirms availability. The final quote must show the total family price, deposit, balance date, cancellation terms and any optional extras before payment.
ATOL and protection
Where a flight-inclusive package is protected, the relevant ATOL or financial protection details should be displayed at package level. Protection wording must match the final selling model and provider.
Supplier terms
Hotel, airline, transfer, room, board and excursion terms may apply separately. Customers should be shown the supplier terms that affect changes, cancellations, refunds, check-in rules and traveller documents.
Muslim-friendly information
Halal food, alcohol policy, women-only facilities, modest swimwear, prayer access, privacy and washroom details should use clear statuses: confirmed, available, on request or not confirmed. Important items must be reconfirmed before booking.
Travel insurance
Package protection is not travel insurance. Customers should arrange suitable cover for medical needs, cancellation, baggage, travel disruption and any personal circumstances.
Lead capture and privacy
Enquiries, watchlists and quote-comparison forms should only collect information needed to respond. The live privacy policy must explain storage, lawful basis, retention, marketing consent and deletion requests.
