What exactly is in the price?
Return flights from Gatwick, 23kg checked + cabin bag, private transfer, 7 nights in the room you select and breakfast, for your whole party. Taxes and fees are already in the figure shown.
What happens if the price changes before I pay?
Prices are live until the supplier confirms. Holding the package freezes it for 24 hours at no cost and with no commitment. If it moves after that we tell you the new figure before taking anything.
Is my money protected?
Package protection shown before payment. That covers the financial failure of the travel company. It is not travel insurance and does not cover cancellation, medical costs or lost baggage, so arrange insurance separately.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. £120 secures the booking, then eleven monthly payments with the balance clear before departure. No interest and no fee for paying monthly.
Can you guarantee connecting rooms?
No, and neither can the property before arrival. We place the request and note it on the booking. If it is essential, choose a suite with a door between the spaces.
